Mini Albums

I made these mini albums using my nestabilities, basic grey urban prairie patterned papers & stickers and buzz and bloom & a2z chipboard.
I cut all the cardstock, patterned paper and photos using my nestabilites.

Both books give a snap shot of the girls lives in 2008 - Ashleigh's trip to Japan with her school and Taylah's highlights each month

Scrapping Some Old Memories

This page is of Ashleigh way back when she was just 3 and what a gorgeous fairy she made.

here is a close up of the flowers - these are made using circle nestabilities, plain and scalloped, i then wet the circles and scrunched them, when dry just put together and add a brad :)

this one is Ashleigh and Brayden back in 1996 Ashleigh is 3 and Brayden is 2 - how cute were they, such a shame they had to grow up.

for both layouts i have used very old products - yayy to using up the stash and for scraping some old photos.

Book Week 08
Here is Taylah as Dorothy for her book week parade last year, The Wizard of Oz is her all time fav movie and i wanted her to go as the wicked witch, but to quote Taylah " no one is making this face ugly" so Dorothy it was. I only made her costume the night before, i had to get her out of bed to check the sizing! As you can see she made a perfect Dorothy, she made me rewatch the movie to get the hair just right :)

Wooden Easter Tree Kit

here are some pics of the Wooden Easter Tree i made up for A Creative Place. I used my oval nestabilities for the eggs and ran them and some of the chipboard shapes through the cuttlebug. For this tree i have used tulle ribbon, but you can use organza ribbon.

They have limited stocks of this kits available - for more details you can go to their blog or drop into the store.

Birthday Tin and Card

My DD had a birthday party to go to today so an hour before hand i decided to make the present, nothing like leaving it until the last minute!

So here is the tin and card i made for her friend.

For the tin i used up some old pp and as you can see i cut it a tad short , but this is what happens when you rush and i didn't have anymore of that pp to redo, so it had to do.(excuse the mess on the table) I then added paper flowers held together with a big flower brad, painted the chipboard B and added some glitter to both. I then tied ribbons to the handle.

Fir the card i used my new Kaiser cup cake stamp coloured it with water colour pencils added some glitter and then using my nestabilities cut the cup cake out and the the scalloped background. ran a bit of white cs through the cuttlebug out it all together with a bit of organza ribbon to finish off the card. (sorry not the best photo of the card but we were running late)

enjoy what's left of your sunday
