Loving You Forever | Little Birdie Crafts

Hi Everyone Kerrie here with my first post for Little Birdie Crafts Blog as part of their team  for 2020
I am so loving this True Love collection from Little Birdie Crafts and cannot wait to create more projects with it

As soon as I opened my design team box and saw this collection I knew it would be so perfect for this photo of my daughter's friends who got engaged in Paris in front of the Eiffel Tower, definitely a True Love moment that needed to be documented



start by mixing Misty Rose Chalk Paint in with Mixed Media Paste


apply paste randomly using Script Stencil to background patterned paper


add some splatters using Rose Pink Color Splash Spray


add layers and flower clusters, finish off by applying Gel Medium to flowers and randomly in places on layers and then while still wet sprinkle on Shimmer Hodge Podge to add sparkle





finish off by watering down White Gesso and adding splatters, making sure to cover photo

Little Princess Mini Album + 3 BONUS Layouts Class | Simple Stories for The Crafty Chain

Hi Everyone just popping in to share my upcoming class at The Crafty Chain

In the class you will all receive Simple Stories Little Princess Collection Pack and from this pack you will create a Mini Album base creating it from scratch with cardstock, covering using Little Princess papers and adding some extra flaps. I have kept the album neutral so it can be used for any occasion and you will embellish it to suit your photos when you add them
I  have also created 3 BONUS layouts using the collection pack and I still have loads of left overs so I may even create more samples for those of you who attend to take photos of
Those who attend the class or purchase a take away kit will receive full colour instructions for the Mini Album along with all 3 layouts!

WHAT TO BRING: Basic Tool Kit, along with Bone Scorer, Super Strong Adhesive Tape, Black Ink Pad & Sponge Dauber (if you want to ink your album)

Please Note; For the fringed bonus layout, If you don't own pair fringing scissors I will bring mine to class so you can use them or you can cut your fringing freehand.

LOVE | Artdeco Creations

Hi Everyone Kerrie here with a layout I created for  for Artdeco Creations Blog using
Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Cardmakers Set

For this layout I have left it clean as I really wanted this gorgeous photo capturing this moment with Jacob and Rachael shine


All the papers are from the Cardmakers Set


I created the special frame accent using Couture Creations Anna Griffin Embossing Paste and a silicon mould, you just smooth it in and leave overnight to dry


once drop just pop it out, The Embossing Paste dries light and flexible


I have added some texture using Couture Creations Anna Griffin Embossing Paste with Field of FLowers Stencil from the Ultimate Craft L'Aquarelle collection

Introducing Mr & Mrs Givney | Artdeco Creations

Hello all, Kerrie here with another wedding layout from Rachael & Jacob's Wedding using Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Cardmakers  collection for Artdeco Creations Blog

I love this photo from after they were announced Mr & Mrs Givney they are both glowing with happiness.



 Firstly I diecut the Rambling Lace die from Ivory cardstock


I then used it as a stencil and randomly applied Couture Creations Anna Griffin Embossing Paste to create a textured lacy background


I then sprinkled crystal glitter on the embossing paste while it was still wet


Once the paste was dry I then sprayed the textured background with my shimmer spray made up using Couture Creations Anna Griffin purple pigment


I also sprayed some Couture Creations paper flowers


While everything dried I created a cluster using papers and diecut embellishments from the Cardmakers pack to place my photo on.
Distressing the edges of all the paper pieces


I also used the Rambling Lace Diecut that I had used as a stencil, I sprinkled glitter on it too while it was still wet after using it for a stencil.


I finished off by embellishing with the paper flowers along with some of the resin embellishments and this gorgeous lace piece
