some dance layouts ...

i did these pages on the w/end at the ACP Marathon Crop - we had a great time lots of lovely ladies scrapping for 16 hours - 6pm Sat until 10am Sun - lots of yummy food thanks to Sharon and her Mum nothing like home cooked goodness.














as you can see i have a slight obesession with Maya Mist - i used it on my flowers, titles and butterflies, love love love it

Card Box

Ok so i have been doing other things beside organising the carnival .... i also did a class with with my friend Trish Myers back in feburary
here are some pics ...

  1. she is very talented
  2. she has impecable taste and great colour coordination
  3. her classes are fun

high tea

One of my talented friends Sandy threw a High Tea for two of our friends celebrating their birthdays in feb

here are some pics of the event - Sandy is the most amazing baker and she outdid herself with all of our goodies... my mouth still waters when ever i think of the brownies she made...

MIA

well i certainly have been neglecting my blog... i have been extremely busy with Taylah's school Carnival, which was a huge success i am sure all that attended had a great day... the weather was perfect and the entertainment and all the stalls were fabulous. I thank everyone who helped making it a fantastic event.

anyway while i have been busy organising the carnival i did managed to make a few things for the craft stall, sadly not as much as i had planned but something anyway here is a sample of some of the mini note books i made using up my scraps.

I have Ashleigh and Brauden's school Carnival coming up in May so some of these are for their craft stall.

Birthday Tins....


Taylah had a birthday party to attend yesterday and Taylah thought it would be nice to give Leah a tin to keep all her special keepsakes in...

I made this one for Leah, but both Ashleigh and Taylah told me it was too babyish for Leah,
after all she is 10!


I had to agree and i was told i had made it in the wrong colours!!! how silly of me...
 so this is the one we gave Leah


and of course we had to have a matching card :)

two bored girls = two desk sets

Taylah and her BFF Georgie made these desk calendars and name plates for their desks Thursday... you know when you get the "there is nothing to do" whine... so this helped them both pass the time - thanks to my friend Trish for the calendar idea.



i also taught the calendar class at ACP on saturday once again thanks to Trish for allowing me to teach her idea.
