Celebrate 18 | Celebr8

Hi EVeryone
today I am sharing a layout I created awhile ago using Picture Perfect collection from Celebr8
I just love love love this collection look at those gorgeous protea papers




The matboard is also from Celebr8 which I coloured it using  Couture Creations Anna Griffin pigments. I also coloured the lace and added the spatters using the pigments.
