Celebrate Layout for Photo Continental

#kerriegurney

To create this layout start by cutting flora patterned paper to 10.5"x10.5" this will give you a strip 1.5" x 12" cut a pennant into this strip and then cut a strip 3.5" x 12" from the fauna patterned paper and also a strip 2.5" x 10" and then cut a pennant into this strip. Distress all the edges of patterned paper and cardstock using your scissors.

When you have finished distressing all piece tear a section to create a peek a boo section on the top left side of the 10.5" square of flora patterned paper, roll the edges down.

Before adhering 10.5" square to base cardstock cut a rectangle from the middle this will go behind the metal frame on your layout so use the metal frame as a guide.

Cut Cameo Ornamental Lace Die Cut in half and pop half behind the peek a boo section of 10.5" square so that the lace it peeking out the top and adhere to cardstock.

Using the widest piece of lace adhere it across the 3.5" x 12" strip of fauna pattern paper with the dark side as the A side, make sure you allow enough to go around the back so the edges don't fray, then adhere that to your page.

Attach the pick lace to the left side of your floral pennant and adhere to page butting it up to the peek a boo section (again make sure you allow extra to go around the page so as not to fray)
then adhere the fauna pennant to page as pictured.

Now to create your clusters

for the top left cluster tie a bow using the soft cream lace, cut the shank off the back of button and adhere to canvas heart and adhere to page. Also adhere Celebrate die cut, number stickers and I also adhered a resin flower into the bottom of peek a boo (sorry I didn't get a photo before dropping off to PC, but you can see it in the photo below)

for this cluster, adhere the piece of cream cardstock to the back of metal frame and then attach the other half of the cameo ornamental lace die cut, adhere this to the page and then slip the ivy leaves in behind pinching the leaves to add texture. Finish off with star canvas shape with a flower in the center.
